Hair cut

After weeks and weeks of thinking about cutting my hair. I finally did it, well my mom did. This is the last picture with my long hair.

I am donating my hair to locks of love.

I love it being short. It is so much easier to do and Emma isn't pulling it when she tries to stand.

One of my best friends got married in Las Vegas last weekend and I was able to go. I got the room and invited my parents to come so I wouldn't have to go a lone because Daniel had to go to San Diego. Which I found out later that I could go with him. So I went to Vegas on Friday and than on Sunday I drove to San Diego to be with Daniel for a week. So I had a lot of packing to do because I needed to be able to keep Emma happy for 9 days in a hotel.

Daniel got her ready while I was getting ready.

We made it to Vegas and grandma Sagers was showing Emma the games.

Last picture of my long hair.

I cut 12 inches of my hair off to donate to locks of love. It's only been two days and I am loving it. I was worried about cutting it but I am very glad I did. It's a nice change.

Saying bye to grandma and grandpa Sagers. We are so glad we got to spend some time with them.

We made it to San Diego after a long weekend it's nice to be out of a car for a while. We have another long ride home but have a week to recover from Vegas.

Blocked stairs

Emma loves the stairs now and that is where she always tries to go. And whenever I leave the room she goes to them. Instead of getting a gate I just put things in front of them. I put her playpen in front of it and she tried to push it out of the way after she saw Daniel do that.

When I found out we were going to be going out of town and staying in a hotel for a week I folded up the playpen and put it on the stairs so she couldn't get up. She moved it over and tried to get up. but couldn't so she started screaming. When I came down the stairs this is what I saw.

I couldn't help but getting one from behind. She is so cute. She did stop screaming when I came down stairs I wasn't taking pictures with her screaming.

Valentines

We stayed home for Valentines we had a scouting thing to do but other than that we just spent the day together. Daniel did get me a dozen yellow roses and a box of chocolate.

Emma got a teddy bear from grandma Phillips.

Big Girl

I was feeding Emma this morning and she kept trying to take the jar so I decided to let her and see what she would do with it. She tired to get it in her mouth but when it wasn't like a cup she tried to put her hands in it.

After I gave her a bath she wanted to crawl around so I just put her diaper one than let her go. She found her bath time stuff and got her tooth brush out. She looked at it than put it in her mouth and would show us what she had. She is getting so smart and figures things out. Yesterday she kept going for the stairs and I would see her and say no and get her before she would go up. After a couple times of that she went in to the kitchen that goes around to the stair but I couldn't see her so she would go that way and get all the way to the stairs before I saw her. She would laugh when I started coming. She is getting so cute with every stage I love being able to stay home with her and be part of it.

She got up and realized she didn't have her lamb with her. She has been very attached to it. It started a couple of days ago when I got her out of her crib and she wouldn't let it go.
