Grandpa Sagers Funeral

My grandpa Sagers pasted away on July 5th. He had an awesome honoring ceremony. He was a great man and will be missed dearly but has now been reunited with his loving wife.
The flags at the church.

The inside of the casket.
The pictures that was on the sides of the casket.

The flowers the grand kids got him to honor his purple heart that he just received last year.

From the church to the cemetery the casket was placed in a wagon.

He rode in the Pony Express and in the reenactment. We got a horse and placed his boots in backwards in the stirrups to honor a fallen comrade.

They brought the flags from the church to the cemetery.

The two lines of flags become one.

My grandpa's brother Ray dedicated the grave.

Bryce looking at the flag at half mass.

Tracy, Emma, and I leaving the cemetery.

Getting ready to go to the luncheon. She loved it out here I didn't make her get in her car seat and she could see the horses out the window. The horses all came out to the fence by the street as the wagon went by with my grandpa.
